Special Notice
Please note that if you have purchased email service with a new domain name registration, your email will not be active until your newly created domain name has propagated throughout the Domain Name System. In layman’s terms, this means that your email may not be fully functional for 24 to 48 hours after purchase. Customers who choose to send email in this time window may see “.domainsite.com” affixed to the end of their new email address. Rest assured: this appendix will drop from the email address once your new domain name has had the opportunity to propagate throughout the Domain Name System. Furthermore, customers should not depend upon emails reaching them at their new email address in the first 24 to 48 hours after purchase. They may get there, or not. After propagation is complete, all email should be sent and received successfully and quickly.
